back on the diet from today had a mad bank holiday weekend friends staying with us who we met last year at temptaion. only just under 15 weeks till we go (10 sept-26 sept)would love 21lb off
Well down 2 lbs but I think it's mostly water as I just didn't have as many carbs yesterday. Anyways I have been pissing around and it's tme to quit. Started today off with 35 minutes on the elliptical, and weights and abs. Then I had eggs and an orange for breakfast. Time for me to smarten up I totally want to feel good in September.
I've had a good week both with diet and exercise. Kept mostly to plan, choosing healthy meals and avoiding those bad carbs!
Yep having a true energy problem but on my 6 day week. Working Saturday and after a week of all nights I am 7:00 am tommorow.
