Hey all, I'm still here! Just busy with a job transition. I've lost one more measly pound since I last posted. I have 80 days till mexico and I need to make every day count! Worked out hard for 55 mins yesterday -D
haha I thought I saw the eyes move in that picture on my wall.. hahah! It was great to see you two again, we had a fabulous time.. I hope the flu or what ever it was didn't last long.. I was sick the next day.. hot, cold.. felt like crap..soar throat but the weird thing is for me it only lasted a couple,3 days and then i felt a lot better. I thought about you flying and was glad I had the cold pills to give you.. I said to Bruce.. if sheldon feels like i feel i bet he was glad to have them...they really did help for me.. how was New Orleans?
Still have a bit of strep throat. Weather in NO didn't help. Rainy and ridiculously cold for Jazzfest. Very strange temp for May. But the city is still incredible. If TTR is our second home then NO is 2A. NO is that passionate luvr that pisses you off and sometimes treats you bad, but you forgive and just take all the warts because love is blind. That is NO!
Okay I had a real shitty week. I worked out once. Damm hot flashes are not letting me sleep and the last thing I want to do is sweat more. I have to get back to it. Tommorow no excuse I am getting back to it. I can feel the spongy starting already. Anyways I hope everyone else had a better week. Happy mother's day guys.
Same here Monique... Went to the gym like 3-4 times, and only did cardio and a few pushups... And ate like CRAP and drank this weekend... I'm up like 6 pounds as of this morning... Hopefully its weekend weight that will come off quickly. Did good meal prep for this week at least... And trying out a new protein powder... Hopefully this week shows good progress...
Ok time to get back on the wagon... We've been back for a week now and waited till Saturday to do my weight in, I would say I gained a total 2lbs. Not to shabby as far as I'm concerned.. so let the games begin again. Not sure if we will make it in Oct but going to give it all I can to be ready just in case, but should be it tip top shape by next year...LOL fingers crossed..
I've been in full on slacker mode since we got back. I'm up 10lbs from my pre TTR weight. Ugh! But back at it as of today. Did an hour at the gym this morning and we'll be going back tonight to try out one of our new personal trainer workouts.
It`s official we all sucked last week. Today i did P90x chest and back and 20 minutes on a bike. Still ate like crap so I guess I am gonna clean the house and get a second work out in later to make up for it. It`s gorgeous out so I think I am gonna go for a long walk. That should help. 3.5 months ot cancun and I want more off than last time so it`s twice a day until we go again.
