I got in a 45 minute strength video last night. Over the weekend it was tons of yardwork! I hit the 25 lb mark last week. It's still coming off (what feels like to me) really slow. I only have 100 days till I'm at TTR and I would love any ideas for dropping more than 1 lb week. I'd love to average 1.5! -D

Have a great time you guys!!!! One day we'll make someplace at the same time again! We're heading to Desire RM in a little more than two weeks and can't wait!! Ok, haven't posted here in a while so to make up for it I'll let all of you have a laugh at my expense.... I've been working out hard and have maintained pretty well getting ready for Desire, but I was discussing with a friend that I told the trainer I needed to target my butt and hips as this is where I tend to carry my "extra". My 12 yr old daughter was within hearing range and so her conversation with me went something like this.... Daughter: MOM, you have NO butt!! What are you talkin bout???? Me: Yes, I do!! My butt has always been bigger than the rest of me! Daughter: I don't know what ur talkin bout....it's COMPLETELY flat!!! Me: No, it's not....do you need glasses? Daughter: It is flat.....no butt, but I guess it is pretty WIDE!!! Me: (speechless!) But me and my WIDE butt are gonna go have some fun anyway....just trying to decide if I need to pack my "WIDE LOAD" sign to wear around!! Lol
haha! sounds like my daughter as well.. and I am learning that we are way to hard on ourselves... I know you looked awesome last time I say you.. I really hope we run into each other again sometime.. have a blast at Desire!..
