knocked 2 more pounds off this week bringing my total to 24. Did the Firm's "500 calorie workout" yesterday and my butt is so sore from lunges it hurts to go up and down the stairs! I have 108ish days to get in shape... trying as hard as I can!
well things are mocing!! down 4 lbs. will deep it up!! only 20 more to go. i think i would be safe to say 1-2 a week so by sept. i should be ok!! fingers crossed. but its getting warm so cant hide anymore. i will make it happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First week over lost 5 lbs eating 800 kcals a day and 4 30 min workouts this week. I know its just water weight but i will take it. On day 6 of my 30 day shred and feel like lying down and dying today but i forced myself to do it and feel better for it, well mentally anyway.
keeping up the good work today. will stay out of the kitchen at the school!! damn food calls to ya. i have my green beans and fish! yum! if no when i make it through this week of not eating any of the crap, it will be easy!!
sinking into vacation mode... pigged out most of the weekend and only did a 45 minute workout saturday... 3 days... Think I'm gonna send it bigtime and see if i can shed a few last minute pounds..
Love the thread. My two cents...A week / Zumba (75 min), Pilates (75 min), 2 high intensity spinning sessions, weights for 30 min/3 times a week, every week. Eat six times a day...feel amazing!
Quick thirty minutes on the elliptical yesterday. Another 35 today with ab work and shoulder and arms. Been eating mostly protein and salads so in the last two days my blood sugar has crashed twice. Guess I am gonna have to put some carbs there as m blood sugar going out won't help me lose weight. Work has been super busy too so I feel like I have no energy.
Put in 2.5 hours of weights & cardio today. It's the final push! Gonna try and knock out as much as possible tomorrow, then it's TTR on Thursday!!!
i willl take it!! down 1 lb. total of 5. have a long way to go, but i will do it!!! it makes me want it all the more with warmer weather, and less clothes to wear!! well its been cold last couple of days, but still have the motivation! have fun guys, save some booze!!!
