Down 2 lbs today girls. Finally something to celebrate. I have been hitting the gym so hard and the diet this week has had alot of protein. Next weeks diet is gonna be even more strict. I want another 5 lbs before I go.
35 minutes on the elliptical 20 minutes of just abs...........feeling them 20 minutes of just legs So ready to party.

Last three days of be lazing on my ass.. !! =D I start on Monday !! =D SInce my shoes did not show Up .. The only one I get are my adidas but they are painfull for my feet !
Just down 10 lbs right now. I am starting to get my muscle back and well I am not where I wanted to be but, I know I have been working my ass off. Now I have to just not screw that up over the weekend and keep it going all week intlil we leave next weekend. Add another 1/2 on the bike and threadmill after work.
