    Did another 30 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of legs and abs. Damm I'm trying like hell to move towards what I think about( in my head 120 lbs is ideal), damm scale must be broken far from my 120 lbs mark). I have lost it's the same 3 lbs again and again. Avoiding carbs this week and next to push things along.

    ah 120!!! im still hopeing for 130 by sept. its a ways off, but damnit i will do it!! 3 years ago i was 130 and felt great!! need to find a pic of me at that wieght and stick it on the fridge!! now that its getting warm, out come the shorts and tank tops, so its not as easy to hide behind the clothes. what happened to the days when i could just skip the candybar and drop 5 lbs? oh well i want to feel good, not just look good in my clothes. have fun april addicts!! and heres to the prospect of getting my vac. in the future when i want them!!

    On day 2 of my 30 day shred cant wait till the kids go back to school on monday so i can kick it up a gear.

    Holla everyone =D Well my turn to start losing weights ( alot ) just came back from TTR So i got a fully year to lose 50 pounds :) I just wait after my new show to show up =D adidas Women's Adipure Trainer 360 Shoes | adidas Canada Was my birthday last week so I make a birthday gift for myself subscribe to the gym =D since my place is too small to have exercise equipment :(

    Scale not my friend haha :p i'm 5f5 1/2 195 lbs with clothes and shoes :p I don't want to make any diet Just eat less and drink more water ( I don't eat any bread.. ) IF I don't eat enought ( protein and veggies ) I'm in a bad mood it's crazy.

    Someone here try weight watcher ?

    Also I have a Zumba game for wii.. Just need to place it elsewhere !

    yes.. weightwatchers is a very good program for sure. aeay to do on line as well. it does all the thinking for you.

    Great.. I read some reviews.. Oh well it's only 127 $ for 6 months .. I have nothing to lose except weight :) Will test it .. And If I don't see any difference in October i'll review it as a piece of s&&* :wink3:
