Hey friends! I just did Jillian Michael's Shred it with weights for the first time. I was short on time today so this 25 min workout worked well for me. I'll report back how sore I am tomorrow. I have a feeling I will be! Only like 116 more days for me to get in shape! burn baby burn!
The wife's definition of that workout is "She's a psycho bitch". I'm now 1.4lbs from my April 1 goal... Cutting it close!
I need to start that up again. I did it for a couple days and moved onto something else. God I hate her.
I got in a good work out today. Lot's of weights. Leg lunges reverse, side and forward on my fitter. Goodmornings and horizontal back lifts with 10 lb olympic weight. rear rows, lat pulls, close grip, chest press, planks, v sits with kettle bell, roll ups with kettle bell, downward dog, side lying oblique crunches, cross over crunches, side planks with elbow to knee crunches, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and medball figure 8's. Feels good then shopped for three hours.
Got in another 35 on the elliptical, and had to push through it today. My leg did not want to do it. Also got in 20 minutes of all abs today. I am still so frustrated with my weight. Something has got to give soon or I will scream my ass off.
Hit my goal!! 239.9!! Got to the gym and I was 240.8.. Busted ass on cardio for 10 mins then did pushups then 10 more and more pushups then went to the bathroom and hit my goal! Now onto the next one.. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
