I haven't posted here in ages, but I'm still at it. I'm 2.8 lbs away from my first goal which I wanted to achieve before we left for TTR. I have 10 days to do it! I'm definitely noticing a huge difference in my body. I've mostly been doing heavy weights (for me at least) and eating better. Hubby is being a good influence for once too and drags me to the gym every other day. Let's hope it sticks after we get back!
went back to the gym this morning @ 6am.. and.. boy have I gone backwards in just 6 weeks.. they say your mucsles have memory so.. heres to getting back to where I was.. I felt pretty weak.. lol thank god my trainer went easy on me, cant amagin that will last long though.. lol.
Why the Scale Goes Up When You Start a New Workout Plan hmm this could explain a few things when you are working out and you change up your routing or start a new one or work extra hard for a few days!...
just had a genius idea... Going to bring my GoPro camera with me to the gym, so that I can WiFi it to my cell phone, and monitor my running on the treadmill....
