Well then I guess its crash and burn baby.. I will be realistic about this I'm not going to go crazy and eat things that I haven't been. and 6 to 8 of those hours I'll be sleeping, not concerned about the waiting till 11 or noon to have my first meal. I never use to eat breakfast until this thread. anyways I'm going to give it a couple weeks if nothing happens no foul.
Well thank you, looking at the foods, not that there are really any restrictions, I'm pretty much eating that anyways. And an 8min workout is up my alley thats what has been the hardest for me is finding the time and we know anyone can workout for at least 8 min. finally somthing I'm excited about.. Well I am today we will see in 3 weeks...LOL
I like it.. I have always heard, don't eat later than 6pm and eat healthy.. my Doctor told me that too.. so i don't think this would be bad for you and its not really a crash diet as they are not restricting calories. perhaps a fad diet..but it makes sense to me to let you body digest the calories that you have eaten that day.. I'm gonna try it.. here's to the first 7 days Deb, I'm with ya!

so I went on this website Moneysense just checking out the great places to retire, anyways found this age calculator... I answered truthfully and will live to the ripe old age of 84.4, now if I become more active get more exercise I could live till I'm 84.78.. didn't bother to check if I quit smoking and drinking cause I think for me thats long enough. Finished another hour 25 of yoga tonight, with the fire roaring this time. This routine was a bit more challenging than this morning's and holy crap am I feeling it now.
