    Got in a great workout today. A hour of weights, kickboxing, and a good long walk afterwards.

    It was a great work out day...1 1/2 hours of cardio and 1/2 hour of weights. Came home and had a huge berry protein smoothie and a couple of scrambled eggs. It's crunch time!

    Spin tomorrow morning before work. :)

    well booze sat. night. then chinese food sun. so back to the gym today!! clothes fit poorly, at the inbetween stage. wont buy more pants though, will just wait to get back into the ones i have!!! but its showing at least!! danced alot sat. night so that counts!! and am thankful i drank water for the last hour i was up!! not to much of a hangover!!

    2 miles outside completed yesterday. Most of it was a walk, but some jogging. Going to attempt it again today after work...

    I'm back from a fun weekend in Savannah- scale is showing way up but I am also bloated and caught a cold. I'm going to rest today- but stay within my calories- and hopefully get back into the swing of things tomorrow!

    Welll just walked on my treadmill with an incline. It's still pretty hard on my knee but got in 35 minutes(God I used to love my treadmill) but this year the treadmill been very painful(my knee doens't let me walk at a steady pace and my balance now sucks too) and then I did floor leg and ab exercises. I did notice something today. The muscles in my legs are filling in again. I had lost almost two inches of muscle on the left leg and today it looks better. The quads don't look as caved in as they did, it's a good sign. I got in the work out even though I was feeling lazy as shit after shovelling when I got home. Yeah me. Right I guess I get to count the shovelling too.

    Yesterday I did 30 mins of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and jogged 3.3 miles in 41 minutes. That's the longest stretch I've ever run outdoors. :) Feeling pretty good about the 5k now.

    yep, if ya think about it, that shoveling crap burns some cal. too!!! i figure i burned a few yesterday with all of that crap. i really need spring here!! but it will come when its good and ready too. so time for more progress at the gym tonight. let the burn begin!!!!!!!!!!!
