Took 3 days off of working out and still managed to drop 2 lbs! And I keep noticing changes in the way I look. Guess the almost nonstop healthy eating works! Worked out for the first time yesterday. It was a rough go at it but u got in 45 minutes of weights, a 30 minute leg & ab workout, and did 30 minutes of yoga with the hubby... That suuucked. It was a lot harder than I remembered it. More good news from the scale... Down another pound! And right after cheat night! That never happens so fast! Struggled through 30 mins of weights and squats and an hour of step aerobics. The kids totally threw off my motivation, especially with them up my ass every 30 seconds. But I got it done. And hubby joined in for a half hour of yoga. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
More good news from me too.. went to do another 5k with a 48 min goal.. did a 42:44!! And that was on a 5k trainer mode not just manual... Oh and I'm down another 1.5 lbs today.. which brings me down 21.5 lbs since Jan 1!! Beast mode. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

well seeings how i have put 17yrs. in dont want to do that. she needs to be told how to be a boss!! but all nuts eventually get cracked!! she is an extreame kill joy!! but i feel good about it. so will just keep positive!!
Got in a good hour of weights this morning. Gonna hit my elliptical later for some cardio. Doubling up to get more results.
I'm back from a wonderful weekend in Boston! I went to see family and attend the Boston Wine Expo as a trade member (aka FREE!). While I was there I ate and drank a LOT but I also walked a ton with all of my bags! Worked out hard last night and I am down another 1.2 for the week, bringing my total to just short of 17 and .2 short of a milestone I am trying to hit by Friday. Happy, happy girl here. I may yet get into shape in time for TTR in July!
Got in an hour this morning. Finally tried Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I was feeling pretty good about the shape I'm in up until then. That kicked my ass! And I'm down another .7 today. Ran a 5k on the treadmill tonight, and used the 5k trainer mode to throw in random inclines for the first time. Pushed it for the last minute because I was determined to do it under 40 mins... Made it in 39:50! Less than 3 weeks till the real deal! Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
