Up at 5am, at the gym by 6am.. I upped my weights this morning .. arms burt out faster than I thought they would but I still had a great workout ..
I worked out 4 times last week and logged my food carefully but the scale showed up this week. I'm trying so hard not to let it get me down. :/
So yesterday, the wife & I went on a hunt for new sneakers for me in hopes that I can find something I can do cardio in without my feet hurting... After 10+ stores (No, i'm not joking), the wife bought me these... We went straight to the gym, and I did 3.5 miles with NO foot pain. I was so excited. We went back this morning... And this happened... :aktion033::aktion033::mnm::lotsofmichaelfs:
I feel your pain, don't let it get you down. I was finding that last year my weight won't budge, some people had really good suggestions as are you eating enough? And I'm the last person who should tell you this.. forget the scale concern yourself with measurements... Maybe I should practice what I preach. It seems it doesn't take much for the scale show up.. maybe to much salt? Water retention could be lots of things. Keep up the good work
Keep plugging away at it Hammie. You'll get there. Think about the up side of your heart health, your doing great. I know it's discouraging as hell and wait till your 40 it only get worse. I do the same and can gain 5 lbs overnight. I have been working out for 8 yrs 5-7 days a week and I still have this problem. Some times I get stuck and then like Kathy said it disappears overnight. Stay good on your diet and it will come.
Got in another 35 minutes on the elliptical and some really fast ab work today. All I had time for today.
Been going 4/5 days a week finally seeing changes. Definition less jiggles but most of all smoking is down less than 1/2 pack a day... I have a goal date to quit, just need to get rid of the mental state and habit excuse.
Went to the gym twice yesterday and ran 4.5 miles the first time, and 2 miles the second time. In between I worked out for an hour and 15 mins at home. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
