Its probably muscle growth.. stay with it.. also, do you monitor your heart rate? It doesn't work for my wife, but most people you want to make sure you stay in a fat burn heart rate and not a cardio heart rate.. Spent an hour shoveling yesterday so that was my workout. I had plans of eating healthy all weekend but the cabin fever got to us and we got a little carried away last night... I did not workout yesterday, i left my house at 8am to start picking up bridesmaids because it was bridesmaid DRESS shopping day.. we shopped all day. I ate really badly all day and got home at around 9pm.. I promised myself i wouldn't get on the scale but.. yeah like that was going to happen..lol so I have 4 lbs to get off this week..lol well I know its not really fat more like fluid from all the carbs and salt in the bad food.. lol back at it today though..!!
well there is a big wendover trip coming up in two weeks. my goal is to lose 5-10 lbs. ha ha i know. but well have to have a goal!! so eating really good, small meals, and just freash stuff. well see. lots of snow here. not going in today, will wait untill tomarrow, and get there at 7 she wants to have say when i use comp, so i wont get any. then it wont be ready for school to start!! no biggie!!! she dont get to have her cake and eat it too!! hammie ive went through that working out stuff and felt like getting bigger, then all of a sudden wham! you lose inches!! great feeling. just keep it up it will pay off!!!! mind over mouth in my case, or gut im not sure but i will win!!!!!!!
Ever since I had my surgery my heart rate doesn't really go above 55. I'm going through testing now to find out whats wrong. I use lose it! I loveeeee it! I also use weighttrack I think it's called and another one that has nutritional values for restaurants!
I don't think I could do this without lose it. It makes life so much easier for me to be able to track everything in one spot. Just got back from the gym. I can't believe it but I ran a full 5k straight and in 41 mins. I haven't been able to run more than a mile straight in YEARS! So excited! And I also put in 24 mins of biking in top of the 40 mins of shoveling I did earlier. I'm loving how much easier everything is getting for me and how awesome I feel after my workouts. ha ha ha!!! dont ask me how, but i lost two lbs.!!! havent wieghed in awhile, but two lbs.. yep gonna take it!! hum maybe not sitting on the couch and eating a whole large pizza to myself really helps to lose wieght. who would of thought it?

35 minutes on the elliptical done and in the mean time I was thinking about which parts of my gym I am gonna sell. Glenn and I are thinking about moving back into the city. So after the elliptical I ended up making a list of stuff I need to sell instead of doing weights.
