An hour of weights, lots of abs, butt, legs, back and chest in today. 10 minutes on the bike. Down 1 lb today.

Kettle ball is a weighted ball with a handle to hold. Winners sells them Deb. Comes in 4, 6, 8, 10, 20 lb balls.

Thats so great Monique.. you must be down 5 or 6 lbs by now hey?

I am down a big fat zero.. hasnt budged in a long while.. well within a couple pounds it does.. 2lbs up at night 2lbs down in the morning .. haha! but the great part is, I can live with that as long as I keep getting smaller!!!! ;)

Thanks for the info Monique but winners can keep their kettle ball... just the idea makes me shiver.. I'm sure I would either hurt myself or break somthing... I'm going to stick with what I know.. and what I know today is my ass and thighs and arms hurt...:icon_cry:
(massage was ok nothing special but think it helped a bit)

And just a note to you all...where do you guys get all the dedication.. This is starting to sound like a life time of this working out and watching what we eat its seems endless.. will there ever be an end ... I often think about the death bed story... and I'm dam sure I won't be saying "I wish I'd spent more time working out."

Grrr what happened to the good ole days... coffee, smokes, drinking, party all the time and 110 lbs.. ah the good ole days.

Went back to the gym this morning. I was able to jog a mile on the treadmill this time! :-D Then we spent about an hour doing the workout our trainer gave us. And when that was done I popped back on the treadmill for another mile jog. This just may work... And I'm down another pound. That brings me up to 8lbs lost so far. Wish it was more, but it's a start. :)

Yesterday was my one year anniversary for working out. I do it about 5-7 times per week and started by doing Insanity. I will still do it once in a while, but have been focusing on the weights and some other forms of cardio, have to mix it up once in a while so I don't get bored. I have been happy with the results... and so has the wife. have uploaded pics for my friends here and to beachbody, so I need to send in for my free t-shirt! :)

More elliptical today and 20 minutes of weight. Then SHOPPING yep it's a work out too. I went for lunch with Glenn though so might have to have a huge workout tommorow to make up for it.

I'm soooo close to just waving the pretty white flag. :/ I feel like I'm doing all kinds of stuff..... always throwing in new exercises to keep it fresh and stimulate new muscles. I've even been eating MUCH healthier as well as nearly doubling my water intake. I've gained 7 pounds in just a few days. :( I haven't done anything I shouldn't have as far as I know. I'm sure I'll keep working out. It's just really frustrating. I was finally losing weight and now it's all back on. My measurements are still down.... except my thighs. My thighs have gotten bigger..... not sure if it's from squats or fat. lol.

Ahhh! Say prayers for me guys! I'm really working SO hard and making better choices. I want SOME results! lol. I'd be happy with a 5-10 pound weightloss at this point!
