I actually have a mix w TTR music on it.. it helps keep me motivated.. I also listen to things like system of a down, a day to remember, and five finger death punch, but that's rare lately since I tend to overdo it when I get that fired up.. Workout w our new personal trainer tonight... so awesome.. great new workout, and I almost passed out twice in Walmart while we were grocery shopping after lol.. Yeah... I definitely will. Our last trainer was just so blah, and drab, and the workout was just meh... This workout is (As I remember) Jumping jacks Lunges with weighted bar Squats with weighted bar Planks (See who can last longer, 1 min minimum) Ball hops (I dont remember the name, but its a half of a ball you hop over left to right. Was actually fun once it was explained correctly how to do it.. Something the previous trainer never did. ) Facing Crunch throws (Sit with each other's feet touching, Do a crunch, throw a weighted ball to the other person, they do a crunch, thne toss it back) Tricep Dips Tricep pull downs Inner thigh kettle bell tosses (FUCK THAT SHIT. I almost passed out) I feel like I'm forgetting 1-2 things...
Oh my god you guys...look at you go..:bowdown: I did a little today enough to still feel it 2hrs later..but the way I look at it is little is better than none. :cigar:
Worked out this morning. I did 25 mins of weights, 60 mins of Step aerobics & boxing, and 60 mis of Zumba. It started out a little rough but it gave me soooo much energy. And here's the full workout the trainer gave us... Jumping jacks 20x Walking lunges with 40/50 lb bar 24x Crunch passes with 15lb ball 20x Bosu ball "hops" Bicep curl with 30/40 lb bar 12x Squats with 40/50 lb bar 12x Straight arm planks 1 min + Tricep dips 15x (OMG those are horrible!) Kettle swings 20/30 lb 20x Lateral raises 10/15 lb 12x Tricep pull downs 35/40 lb 12x So much fun!!! Although I think I may need to up some of the weights. Some of that shit was too easy. lol
Almost forgot... got a great compliment from Dikfore this morning... Apparently my "chicken wings" are getting smaller. :aktion033:
