    I really, really suggest you not make your weigh in days fridays..

    If you make your official weigh in day Mondays.. its more apt to keep you on course over the weekend.. trust me on this one. girls and Boys.. lol . if you weigh fridays and your down .. you will cheat over the weekend.. haha!

    Just Sayin!..

    LOL I agree... however Monday is bad enough !!!! then to jump on that god forsaken S.O.B. and then it can be a devastating Monday, and remember I'm the emotional eater.. LOL
    I find that if the S.O.B. is nice to me on Friday it gives me inspiration to somewhat behave on the weekend.
    And to be honest I have jumped on Sunday morning to see if I've done much damage.

    LOL, when I was pregnant most moms tried to get their 4 week check ups for Fridays so they could cheat on the weekend. My doctor always weighed me on Mondays, so I had to be good on weekends...Hated it at the time, but thankful for her keeping my weight in check now!

    3 hours of cardio for me today. Had a delayed opening at work today so I passed my time at the gym. I need to do that more often. I was enjoying all the high fives from the trainers. lol

    I had a great work out and increased my calorie burn by 95 calories on the elliptical in the same 30 minutes. Also had a good ab workout too. Hope my Friday is good tommorow.

    Got in an hour and 20 this morning, and it totally kicked my ass.

    I got my workout in this morning .. it was a little lame on the weight thismorning but it was better than staying in bed an extra hour..

    Let have a challange... let see how many minutes of cardio we can get in this weekend. I mean, kick your ass cardio.. pushing as hard as you can!..

    anyone want to do it?

    I know I won't win that challenge, but i'll try... I learned yesterday, I can do 15-20 minutes before my feet hurt, but then if i get off the machine and walk around for 5 minutes, i'm good to go...

    Hey wife... You're watchin the kids tomorrow afternoon so I can go to the gym when you get home from work... Or maybe Sunday morning... or maybe both.

    Ok. You can go tonight after the kids are in bed too if you want... :icon_biggrin: I plan on making them suffer through another few hours of my workouts tomorrow and Sunday. I'm sure they'll be thrilled.
