Got in 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight this morning. I wish I could do the work outs every morning. 6:00 am shifts tommorow so pushing it to the PM. Looks like we are gonna get snow so I will get that work out in too in -30 C . -42 with the windshield today. I ate so good today too. No cheats, or sambotaging people around me today.
Had a short workout last night... I've hit a plateau this week... Keep floating up/down a pound... I checked my BMI last night at the gym... Waiting for them to pull my card from when I signed up, but I THINK i'm down at least 3-4%... Which isn't bad for the 10 or so lbs i've lost.
I am not gonna weigh myself till friday. I think I am gonna be down, at least I am really trying to make this weight move. I tried on my Lingerie again today. Feel looser as I bought it snug so it;s looking promising. Oh yeah got in an hour of weights today and work on my fitter for my legs.
So I'm only down 10lbs since starting the gym in Octoberish, including the 6-7 weeks I never went... But I'm down 2.5% body fat, and as of today, 2 notches in my belt... I'll take it.
I'm back from back-to-back 14 hour workdays. Looking forward to a great workout tonight! I went over a little the past 2 days so I need to a-tone - in both ways! haha
Yeah I'm with you on this one.. my weigh in day will be fridays. I haven't started the wearing tight clothes thing yet but may start this weekend.
