Yup... Same thing I found... I was trying to do 1700ish... Trainer explained I should be more like 2100... So now i just spread out my meals to try and eat 5-6 times a day, and usually end up around 2k calories... and i've been slimming down quite a bit.
That is also what I have learned, it depends on how much you weigh.. I will be doing more than 1200 calories a day on days that I do my weights.. Im gonna add a shake.. while my shake is considered a protine shake its more balanced... protine and carbs are pretty even..I cant do just a protine shake.. I hate them..ewwww But as the norm.. I will do around 1200.. I cant wait to get to my goal.. cause I am really good at maintaining.. hahaha! DAMIT!!!

Do they have a popeyes supplements store by you? Thats where I always go and they are awesome for the fact that you can sample pretty much all their protein powders. I have tried my fair share and the one I use now is by BioX and it's called Power Whey Complex ( I get chocolate). I just mix it with water and it tastes like chocolate milk. It's really good, I was very suprised.
well so far so good. starting slow, but will deep increasing the time and amount of wieghts that i use. i can feel it today but not overly so. they have a killer ab machine. so time to incorporate that as well. glad its the weekend, well almost. works sucks!! hope everyone is happy with results, nio matter how slow it seems to take sometimes. because in the end it will all work out.
