    I worked out for a whole 20 mins today. Lol. Needed to give my ankle a rest after yesterday's workout. And I'm down another 1.5 lbs and a notch in my belt.

    Exercise to Lose

    It is possible to gain muscle without gaining weight as well. When you exercise regularly, you build lean muscle tissue and lose fat. This will rev up your metabolism, since muscle uses up more calories than fat does, even when you are not moving. The best way to drop pounds is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and to perform a combination of aerobic and weight-training activities each week. A personal trainer can help you come up with a workout plan to both lose weight and gain muscle.

    well i am sure this is going to be a great week!! the eating is very under control, and today officaly starts the gym. cold is gone, and i think the hormone thing is fixed!! yay! going to make this a very productive week!! hang in there everyone its a new day!

    And just a quick note.. I did jump on the scale this morning and jumped off is scared the crap out of me.. ... Old lady like me can't take that shit.. almost had a heart attack...LOL

    Nah Kim I do know how to get it down. I will do I always do. Just need to become super focused and make it happen. I have everything I could possibly need in my gym to make it happen. Gonna start taking it into high gear and shed the pounds. Another good workout in today.

    I'm down a couple pounds!! WOOO!! You know what I did? lol I took two days off from working out and had some cake! lol. I have been drinking a TON of water!

    P.s. I read above there was a question of having thyroid issues. I do. :( It sucks!

    they say to give yourself a good treat every now and then. trick is to not go overboard. also have heard, not to call it a diet, or think about all that we cant have, but focuse on all we can have. im trying i really am. i think its more of really only eating what we are actually hungry for. and make sure its a good choice. havent lost anything in two days but still feel really good.:huepfen021:

    Lose the scale & gain the self-confidence! One of the most motivating things to do is go buy those swimsuits & skimpy clothes NOW! Buy 'em just a little snug, and guys, go with yer gals & help 'em see what you see... how sexy they're gonna' look & feel in the sun, by the moonlight, in those curve hugging skirts & suits... we've done it twice & it's both motivating & kinda' flirtatious foreplay. Keep up the good fight guys!

    didn't get my workout in yesterday. In the morning I woke up late so I told myself that id go to th gym and do a ZUMBA class my Dad slipped on the ice and had to take him to the hospital (broke his arm) he's 84 years old.. so he was lucky.. but by the time i got home.. sure didn't feel like it .. and this morning iI have a bad migraine so i cancelled my trainer and work.;( Im bored.. lol
