I pushed myself at Zumba last night. I woke up this morning and my arms were SO sore! Today I did about 100 squats so far. I went on the elliptical for about 10 minutes before Zumba. Not long at all but I did burn like 170 calories in that short amount of time. Zumba tonight was "Zumba Toning". I must have done another 200 squats during class on top of what I already did! lol. I was SOAKED leaving class! I love that feeling!
Finished PT on my ankle so I'm back at it. After 3 months of no cardio it's kicking my ass. But we're only 83 days away so there's no getting out of it... So far, with working out and tracking my meals on Lose It, I'm down 2lbs in a week. Only another 28 to go...

Today, i put the kids down for their nap and did ahome routine which took me 20 min instead of 8 but i did it! My body is now aching from head to toe. Ah well it's for a good cause! I lost 15 lbs and now have 15 lbs left to lose before feb. 19 to reach my goal :s Jo
Sheesh! so I went to Zumba tuesday night, wednesday night, did the elliptical, crunches and squats i was telling you guys about.... then thursday morning i went to an extra zumba class, followed by 445 calories burned on the elliptical. Went home, ate. Then I did bench presses with my 20 lb baby. lol. He thought it was hilarious. Then I did squats holding him. took a rest...had some sex.... then later last night I did the 7pm Zumba class followed by 478 calories burned on the elliptical! WOOO! I am NOT giving up. Well..... for now I am. But tomorrow it is SO on again! That's only because I'm so sore right now that I can't squat/Zumba to save my life, lol. You guys sound like you are doing great! Keep up the good work!! You guys inspire me!
