Down 2 lbs. 45 minutes of cardio in tonight. Not gonna stop until the image I see smiles back. I knee is getting stronger slowly.
I can't say how much I've lost since I don't weigh in. But I see and feel less jiggles. Eating much healthier, buying smaller size clothes since others are getting too big. Although the workouts are tough I look forward too them because I know the ultimate goal. Everyone keep up the great work!!! We can do this!
Ive trained for 15 yrs In MMA and have gone through almost any diet you can think of to make weight to fight or compete (Garbage bag diet-No eating diet) , Im not as active any more but still partake when I have the liberty to do so.If I could go back In time the one thing I would do diffrent Is watched what I ate. I never followed a proper traing reg , I would eat what ever but I would have to work harder to loose that extra extra. Science plays a great role In health and body , Not the science youre thinking (MEDS) Im making ref to eating certain food to burn certain types of calories to gaining an amount of mass to loosing unwanted fat. Dieting Is not a soloution , eating right Is. In order for one to diet and shred the extra love that we carry It starts off with a proper food regimen. There are 3 types of body frames: Ectomorph,Mesomorph,Endomorph. Your Body Type - Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph? | Muscle & Strength Ans the few questions and see where you stand , From there you can google youre type and see what It says , 99% Sure you can self doctor youre self to a proper well being .. As we stand today Im content with my body fat , And feel sexy In my own skin , There for that being said a little curves never hurt or un looked sexy on any one! As I mentioned in another thread, I spent the last month bulking (Went from 197 - 213) and now is time to start cutting. It is so funny how much 16 pounds changes my work outs. I am stronger in many regards, but have a tougher time with pull ups and plyometrics due to the extra weight. My goal is to shred down to 205, this way I got 8 solid pounds of muscle out of the deal. I have a gym out my house, and I am cutting right now with P90X. Anyone that tells you this isn't a killer workout is doing it wrong. It kicks my butt every time. Once I get to 205, I am going to starting lifting heavy again to keep changing it up and to make sure that I hold on to my muscle gains. I would like to be lean, but not scrawny for vaca!
This thread is great motivation. Our trip is 14-weeks away, from April 24-April 28th. I plan on losing 20 pounds in 14-weeks to get back down to my fighting weight. Can't afford any slip ups, so nice to see everyone working out. @JB sounds like we are about the same weight and have the same strategy. Good luck.
