    Good idea!

    I made this cilantro lime chickpea salad today. I just chopped everything and stirred in the dressing instead of using a food processor. It's delicious! I ate half for lunch and I'm saving the rest tomorrow. It didn't take too long to throw together and it would be easy to double it. Cilantro Lime Chickpea Salad & Sweat Wicking Workout Wear

    These would both be even better in the summer, but I'm dreaming of Cancun and sunshine so it works for me! lol

    Okay here are two breakfasts that take minutes to make with no or little mess

    Egg Wraps
    Crack open two eggs in a microwavable cup
    add a small handful of spinich
    add 3 tablespoons of feta cheese
    stir with fork

    Put into microwave for 1 minute, after one minute, stir again with fork and put back in microwave for another minute. Stir again with fork. Put into wraps (makes two), add salsa

    I can make this in 3 minutes including cleaning up my mess. Sometimes I add onions and peppers.

    Greek Yogurt
    Plain 0 fat greek yogurt - President Choice's greek yogurt has 18 grams of protein with only 2 gram of sugar (great ratio). Cheryl adds granola, I prefer thawed out frozen berries (especially strawberries). Some people add a little honey. Fast and tasty.

    Here is an outstanding snack (EASY!!) that I tried for the first time last week and loved. Put 20 grapes into a zip-loc freezer bag and throw into the freezer overnight. They are delicious.

    cold!!! 2 out there right now. took for ever to drive the car. will have pic up after work. was too buisy last night. going to hit up the itch today to see about april. now to stay away from the kitchen today!!!

    I had a great workout this morning .. but a very bad weekend for food.. ;( so as puniushment its every day to the gym this week.. lol !!!
