Not if you stick to the low carb diet for a while. If you only do it for a week yes you will put the weight back on, but do it a couple months and the results are amazing

Since PartyGirl started all this and I've been trying not to indulge in junk food and exercising harder, I do feel my body has taken a slight turn for the better.
