finally back on my game... Been going this week, and back on the nutrition train (I avoid the use of the word diet)... Current weight... 257... Not to shabby considering I hadn't been in weeks, and ate like a slob over the holidays...
-3lbs this morning= my weigh before I had endulged over the holidays. Now to start the measuring. Oh and Mommabear, try doing the Mary Catherine lunges with your arms straight up then going into a 1 minute wall sit.... NO BUENO!! :angrymad: The all time for me though which I can't still get through a full 25rep set is the phipher scissors kicks. Talk about an ab killer
Oh.... for those of you who have joint or back problems.... I learned something interesting yesterday in speech class. We were doing an informative speech and one of my classmates did a speech on weight. Did you know.... that for every ONE pound you lose, it is THREE pounds less pressure on your back and joints? Isn't that crazy!! Learn something new every day! So if I lost 5 lbs my knees would have 15 lbs less pressure and be so much happier!

K been doing pretty good. I haven't missed a workout, the eating is gettign better and I am back to pre christmas weight. Now the work begins. Just over three months to kick my own ass. I had a good day, no cheating, no sweets and I feel pretty good.
I'm on track too. Did another killer workout yeaterday and came in under my calorie goal. I'm feeling all gross with "that time of the month" but I won't let it get me down! Today is going to be an eating challenge day for a variety of reasons so I basically 'banked' extra calories like you can in Weight Watchers so I feel pretty prepared. I need to make these changes permanent. Not easy but so far so good.
well almost have myself talked into posting before during and after pics. almost really pretty embaresing! but i wonder if it would give me the motivation to lose better!! arms are way sore today from all the snow removal yesterday. huh can you say out of shape!! i can!!! but its a good sore. phillip is off on call next week so gym is a priority!! they say muscles have a memory, i just hope mine dont have alsimers, and it takes too long!!
