Got in an awesome, intense workout yesterday and stayed within my calorie goal. Feeling really good- I can stick to this!
Took my first ever Spinning class last night and the girl running it was having us climb Mt. Everst. I can barely walk today so its was great exercise and more importantly practice for when I have had a lot to drink and can barely walk.
1 hour on the elliptical yesterday and ran 5km today with an 8 minute ab workout, still making good eating choices. Desperately hoping the scale will not crush me when I get back on it on Monday. Afterall, how much damage can one do over a 3-4 week period - yikes. Jim
Way to go Jim. I can do a lot of damage in that time.. lol but I bet you maintained..well, let hope you did at least that .:icon_smile:
so I worked out with my personal trainer this morning and I was worried because she is a tough one.. lol and I have not been with her since way before xmas.. so If I have not been working out on my own she would kill me with her workouts (just wouldnt be able to keep up the pace).. so I would like to say that I got through her workout pretty good and she mentioned that she could tell that I had been consistantly working out over the break and gave me a GOOD JOB!! I have as I said before bumped her back to once a week cause you have to learn to fly eventually on your own..lol .. great Job every one!! keep it going!!
Oh burpies and wall balls how I hate you. They make the deep lunges and squats much more acceptable. I just need to keep telling myself I can do this.
ok here goes, bye bye breads and pastas!! so long chocolate, amf triskits and cheese!! wow now im sad. but lets go!!!
