well Christmas is over.. thank god.. I let myself have a normal xmas dinner with all the carbs and a few other treats and well.. while i enjoyed some of them immensely I sure don't feel very good..lol I am sure I'm in carb overload and I will force myself to workout in the morning .. it will take me several days to withdraw from all the carbs and sugar cravings and to be honest I am looking forward to it..
Hey! I have been MIA for way too long! I took last year off from Cancun for obvious reasons and I feel soooo empty! lol. I'm coming back March 21-28th? but I'm bringing my kiddo so no Temptations or Boobs Cruise for me. Were you guys on the Boobs Cruise in march 2011? You look just like a fun couple i met! Thank you, thank you! <3 :headbanger: I was down about 75 lbs but then I had to get pregnant. haha. I'm still down quite a few pounds but now I have some work to do to catch back up! I just did Zumba before.... like 6 classes a week and within 3 months I was down all that weight. I did 8 hours of Zumba this past week and gained like 5 lbs. I'm like um? :huh: lol. Oh well! I'm not stopping! Now I'm doing floorwork, some light weights and I'm going to start running soon. I'm determined! lol. I might be a big girl but I am night shy! I'll take it all off! :aetsch004:
Actually our first trip was last year in end March 2012. Looking to repeat year after year now. But fun couple non the less. Stink you won't be able to make it on the Boobs Cruise but you still will be rockin it.

UP 2 LBS Thanks to christmas dinners, treats and my insatiable appetite for them. Worked out today so I feel better already. Back to the grind everyday now until April.
I'm back at it tomorrow.. I did a small workout this morning and after my nap this afternoon i may do a better one.. haha! and I have not weighed myself over these couple days.. forget that.. haha! i know what my weight was before so ill just get back on my eating plan and exercise and not beat myself up over it.. I am planning to work out every day till TTR.. let do it!!!!!! IT'S ON!!!
:icon_biggrin: aweee hehe! That sucks..... Maybe next year? I'm thinking next year I'll be at either Golden Parnassus or Temptations. I might leave my little one home then. I'll miss him but mommies need breaks too. I have been doing squats, situps, legwork, and armwork with weights lately. hopefully things start to change. I'm measuring myself and weighing just incase I do build muscle. WE can do it!! lol. If you google "squat a thon" a calendar comes up. It's for December but I just started it today. I'm adding on a few extra squats and moving up at my own pace. Did about 50 so far today! Join me! :aktion030:
Sneaking back in here........ Signed up at a gym near my work, so I can get some time in before my home duties. The personal trainer I think is trying to kill me.... Lol. But been fighting a cold so no gym foe me. But once it's gone, I'm back at it for me and my ME time. I want my jiggles gone.
