    I've been really tired & brain dead lately, and I think its one of the medications my doctor has me on. I have an appointment next week with him to get it readjusted... Hopefully it gets me back on track... Because I really wanna get back to the gym, I just can't find the motivation... :(

    Gee, now I feel guilty for beating you...a little.

    You are safe for now, I can't go anywhere where it might plunge below 75 degrees...

    Lol been pretty warm this year so far. Sleep however would be nice.

    When I work at 600 that means getting up at 330 am. i have to drive into the city so that doesn't even includw a workout. God damm suck to be female and have to straighten hair every day. I used to get up at 230 am and work out before that but now I do it after work. Shopping this week has gotten in the way. I need to be in bed by 930 or so to get up that early. I actually prefer a morning workout to one after work. I almost never missed one when I was working out in the morning.

    hmm I thought I posted on saturday for my day 6 workout but maybe not..

    I did do cardio and then shopping for 6 hours

    AND Sunday, I took the day off.

    but was back at it this morning.!!!!!

    seems I'm here talking to myself, where is everyone that committed?.. haha!

    I did day six also but was kinda lazy with it. Back at it again this morning with p90x and then gotta do up the cardio tonight with the ab ripper x. For some reason the morning didn't seem so hard today. Personally I think it is harder trying to hold the eating pattern through the weekend than it is to workout. The diet porttion of this is killing me.

    the weekends are the worst for staying on program.. working out is the easy part.. lol :icon_cool:

    Sorry Kim, I had a shitty week. I had to shop everyday for birthdays and Christmas. Got my 7 hour shopping in today and the knee is killing me. Hoping to get back to it tommorow.

    got my workout in this morning and having a hard time lifting my arms to type this.. lol

    should be an interesting day at work.. haha! ;)
