ok not great but down two pounds from the 8th not alot but i will take it!! trying to behave! but what the heck. hope everyone hits there goal before thiere vac.
ok m this isnt a game of hide and seek!! once i loose the shit your not suppose to go find it!! ha ha just kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!! could be water retention, or a bad food choice!! i really like going without bad carbs, candy pizza, beer, thick pasta sauces, not!!!!!!!!! but i will brain wash myself. when i get to my goal then and only then will i feel like it was worth it!! ive did it a couple of years ago and maintained for two years, and just blew it!! so i know its possible. i have way too many things in my closet that remind me!!
weigh in on Monday-00000 lb, week 1, -5 week 2. -1 week 3, -1 week 4, -1.2 week 5, -1.4 week 6, -OOOOOOO total -9.6 lbs..:huepfen021: I have lost a total of 12 lbs.. I had a few lbs off before we started the 2lbs a week thing.. so not to bad.. I never lost a thing this week.. not sure why except that its a huge fight to get over this point.. I get here a lot but its like my body says!...I like it here not moving, its very frustrating..but Im not giving in this time.. lol.. gonna stay really focused for the week.. and WEEKEND!!!
