    I was very very bad... and so was Jeff, not that I'm a tell tale. Regardless we misbehaved all weekend and paying for it.
    Glad to see everyone else is doing really well, we'll have some catching up to do..

    everbody is doing great on here! I actually ended up losing a pound while I was down there this time! Must have been those 5 or 6 burgers I ended up having! :) So, I'm beyond what I wanted my goal to be, now to look for other goals! You guys will all get there and look fabulous!

    LOL... Oh I'll do it, or give it the college try...LOL have to try for 4 to make up for the weekend. LOL

    Why am I the only one posting here?? Why is everyone so quiet in the past couple days??

    Did well yesterday in terms of what I ate and worked out for 1 1/2 hours but only another .3lbs down. Oh well, it's still in the right direction.

    Goal: -15lbs
    Today: -.8lbs
    47 days to go

    yep the right direction is the way.. I also know that when you are close to goal the last few pounds hang on for dear life.. lol what works for me is add an extra 20 minutes of cardio (fat burn zone) for a couple, three days..eat you bigger meal for lunch and a smaller meal for dinner then GO TO BED EARLY.. cause your starving haha! but it will jump start the weight loss again..

    I am having a great week so far..if I dont blow it at the lake this weekend I should see a 2 or 3 lbs loss by monday.. I hope ;)

    I don't mind taking the slow road as long as its heading in the right direction. I will use use tips though, every little bit helps.

    Good luck with your progress. The weekend curse is something I well know. Cheryl and I are backing out of super fun weekend with friends (Oktoberfest and Thanksgiving) because it will lead to lots of drinking which will also lead to bad food choices as well as a hangover morning which will result in skipping workout and all that means Miss Scale will be very mean to me. For now, I would prefer to stay in the zone.

    Glad to hear you all are doing great.. still trying to get a kick start here. We've been eating well as in watching, we are working out a bit.. Last weekend was a killer for us both.. still trying to recover... yeah it was a good time but sure paying for it.
