I got back at it today.. it felt great!.. I will see how tomorrow feels.. but I also have a chiropractors appointment today to see how the workout went.. I am feeling my neck and back a bit but not enough to stop me .. Im also going to do a bit more treadmill tonight.. I sure hope I meet my goal.. I need to lose 15 pounds.. if I work at it like today it should be pretty close to goal by halloween!
I went for my physical yesterday and the doc suggested that another 15lbs would put me at an ideal weight for my height. So I think I am going to bear down and attempt to lose it by Halloween as well. I'm also a little pissed that I gain 4 lbs this past weekend. Who would of thought that beer, chips, snacks and a pig roast would be so bad for you:doh:.Why is it so much easier to put on then take off.
I know.. its just not fair! so.. if we can do 2 lbs a week till we get there its going to be pretty darn close.. lol that sure doesn't seem like much but.. easier said than done.. lol :aktion047:
I'm committed to it. Let's make it happen. We may not have much fun in the next 8 weeks, but we will look great at TTR.

I'm in, I've been reading everyone's posts and think to myself "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME" I see how all you guys are working so hard through aches and pains, surgery, sick, sick family etc.... me I have nothing I don't have any excuse... I know how horrible I will feel once I get there if I didn't even try. So i'm on board...You guys are awsome and though I've been the lazy one you all inspire me to get to it. Cheers

Thank you Partydollgirl.. no more excuses for me... 5am tomorrow I'm getting started though I have to say either good or bad I'm no heavier than I was in April, however Jeff says not as toned...lol
well ya know.. When you tone up you lose inches.. weight is just a number when your not that far off your healthy weight.. just saying.. lol
