    Well my ass isn't as big anymore, but I could still probably give it a good kick! I've certainly changed my whole outlook on things, so I hope I'll keep up with things and keep working harder at toning areas, but I am happy at where I am now. I'll be fine with how I look now!

    What are some healthy snacks you guys are eating?

    I'm getting back into oats, eggs, fruits, vegatables and salads. What are some things you guys like to eat during the day to help between the cravings?

    I am so used to just eating what I want the next couple weeks are gonna be different to get used to. No more laffy taffy FML.

    I eat almonds, cottage cheese, cheese sticks, apples, hard boiled eggs, yougurt, and of course I still my Shakeology drinks!
    You'll find something that works for you and you like though!

    Hey all, fairly new to the site here and just stumbled upon this thread. Nice to see that Kelly and i aren't the only ones out there grinding it out for our trip. As much as i get that nobody will know me and nobody will give a sh*t, i can't help but want to show up feeling/looking as great as i can.

    Snacks that always help me are frozen grapes and rice cakes. The grapes help with the sweet cravings and being frozen they taste awesome and last a lot longer, and well rice cakes solve the carb cravings pretty quick with very few calories. I try to eat every 2 to 3 hours max as well which helps control getting too hungry.

    THanks for the tips guys. I forgot about rice cakes, they are a good filler to snack on throughout the day.

    My main snacks are nuts + fruit + berries. Just have to watch the salt on the nuts. Haha, thats deff what she said.

    K I am in a panic. Just hating my body right now and only three weeks to make the changes. Looks like its gonna be three weeks of hell getting my ass in shape. One and two and three..............ouch, feeling the pain already.

    ok been very good, untill yesterday we both had heart attack in a sack!! pastrami burger and onion rings!! yum but it was a one time thing for yet a long time again. sat like a gut bomb too. so back to the gym tonight, and eating right. m youll get there. everyone lets concentrate on the real issue TTR in a few weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! then all of the trobles we think we have will be gone for awhile as we just enjoy the fun!! really having a hard rime waiting!! see ya there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Back in April, I came across this thread and most of you were working hard at it. I found it inspirational as I was already setting myself up to get off my ass and do something. I had just given up Pepsi, Ice caps, and all fast food.

    I starting off doing a little bit and then a little bit more. All the things that we know we should do and pretty much stopped all the things that we know we shouldn't do. No pills or special diets, just limiting carbs and calories.

    I made myself the promise that I would book Temptations if I hit my goal weight before Halloween. Alpharooms made me book first but I did not forget my commitment.

    Anyway, today my scale read what I was secretly hoping it would one day read. I am down 42 lbs with 10 weeks to go. I look pretty friggin good if I do say so myself.

    I am really sorry for publicly patting my own back. It's not something I would normally do and I'm sure I'll reget it, but today I will enjoy the moment.

    It's time to get back at 'er!

    The pat on the back is well deserved.. that is just awesome.. I am at a stall myself.. having neck and back problems that are requiring 3 times a week at the chiropractors office.. but.. its coming to an end, hopefully this week.. the headache and pain is getting better and come hell or high water I am back to working out next week.. Its gonna be crunch time for me .. :huepfen021:

    Awesome job!! I can only imagine how great it feels to reach such a significant goal. Both Kelly and i are working hard to reach our goals by our trip in Febrauary. Kelly's up at 4:15am mon-fri hitting the gym before work and I'm there for 2 hrs mon-fri before i head to work. Both of us go together on Sunday too.

    I'll definately be shouting it loud and proud if (WHEN!!!) i meet my goals.

    Congrats on the big win!!!
