Hey I bought a new weight scale in hope that the other one lied to me. Too bad it telling the damm truth. Just kidding the other scale was just being a pain in the ass. The diet gets serious tommorow. It's time to take it serious and make the weight fall off. It's been a hot summer here too and I should be taking advantage of that and making my lunch hours work for me.
went to the gym last night. ha i really enjoyed it!! did i say sleep like a baby!! yep going again tonight. will only be doing 4 days a week with going on fri to play on the new boat, but 4 is better than none!! ok seriously 10 bls to go i know i can do it. have a bachlorett party this sat. of course i dont know what i wil wear, because i dont fit shit, but again my own fault!! but i will find something reasonable. got some good sun last weekend, free tan. need more. my new suits should arrive this week yea!!!!!!!!!! i hope there is a Boobs Cruise during our stay 13th, or 14th would be great! stay strong everyone.
Last night we joined the gym!! This morning Mike and I went to our local gym and did the treadmill and the stairs! The only two equipment we new how to use. My legs hurt from those stairs! We're on our way to looking and feeling better for our trip in 3 months! Now to only figure out the other gym equipment!

you guys will get there! I had a tiny set back over the weekend, put on 2 pounds (oops) Started a new 10-day Shakeology challenge with my group and already lost 1.4 pounds overnight! Feeling great, doing my workouts and have five pounds to lose in three weeks! I think.....no I know I can! And I know you guys can too!
Wholly crap I can hear you yelling cat calls at the young boys while they strip it off. I need at least 10 off too wish I had a few strippers to help me with that conquest. have fun girl and 4 times is fine. Got to have a fun night.
I got motivated again today and spent two hours doing weights and went walking later that night. I am amazed at how much work it takes for me to walk trails I have walked hundreds of times. Damm leg sucks but at least I felt like I did something.
no motivation here for me .. not sure why.. Im still going to the gym 3 times a week but over eating and drinking on weekend .. i have gained about 8 lbs since the lake opened in may.. ;(
Motivation ebbs and flows, you just have to be determined the motivation will come. Keep at it girl, you will get there.
yes m the kitty kity call they do at temp. is pretty funny when ya tell it to the guys!!! im not sure if they will have strippers or not. hopefully they do and cute ones. kinda rude to put bags on thiere heads!!! yep went to the gym last night got on the scale, first time in a long time. lost 3 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! yea just hope i dont find it!! everyone just keep at it, we will get there. new suits arrived!! only one top back ordered. but it will get here, still time before we leave.
