OMG... I am being so lazy.. i got up to workout this morning and I just cant seem to kick my ass even on the treadmill... WTH, SO....what have I learned here? if you have a great routine going and you go on holidays .. don't stop for holidays...;( its not worth losing all of the progress you made before you went..
Listen girl! You are now duty bound to give me something to whistle at in October! So pull your finger out of your butt and and get on that treadmill!
hahah!!! I did it .. right after I posted, I realized I could have been on the treadmill instead of wining about it ... it was lame but I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and 3 sets 24 rep of weights for my summer arms..lol will be doing more tonight.
Okay I did my 6 km walk/run thing and Cheryl did 7 km (cough-showoff!) So the game is on. No wimping out.
with my birthday in a couple of days, I'm losing my motivation! And my confidence! I hope I get it back soon!
oh no Carriejean.. don't do that..even is if just a lame effort is better than giving up, you will kick yourself like I am .. your confidence will be strong if you keep going .. you can do it girl.. you don't have to give up the whole thing just cause you want to celebrate your birthday.. one special day wont hurt you .. just stay focused as long as you can on that day and if you fall off.. let it be for just that day.. then get right back at it ..
Thanks! Just not wanting to have my birthday this year looking the way I do! Heading to the very tip of northern NH and hiding out. I'm not giving up, just getting frustrated. New program comes in the mail tomorrow, so maybe that will help. It's just hard to do everything on your own!
Carrie Jean have a good birthday, then get back to it the day after. One day off the diet and having some fun won't hurt. Enjoy your day. I on the otherhand have been terrible. Carbs gallore, and wimpy work outs. I need to kick this butt in gear. Can you believe I still have a sore bum from April and a mild bruise still. Damm.
