In the home stretch now...I must say I am SICK of working out twice a day, even tho it's only been 4 days so far! And I miss my chocolate cake! Trying really hard to be a good girl with my diet this week...I don't overeat, but I tend to skip meals in favour of chocolate. Swapping veggies for chocolate this week...YUCK. Can't wait to get to TTR and eat french fries every day!! :huepfen013: Deb, looking forward to hearing how your wrap goes!
Wow and thanks. Welcome to this thread. We are all very supportive of each other. I am glad that I can go to TTR and not worry about the weight. I still have more that I can lose but I like that I can go, eat and enjoy, gain and come back to this thread to lose it all over again for the next trip. I use a app on my phone called Daily Burn and track food, workouts, and weight.
I seem to have something which at times feels like a cold coming on but I keep kicking it in the butt. Just wish that I didn't have so many people that are sick coughing in my face while I take their blood. All I can say is an orange a day, two vit C and salt water garlges at the first sign of a sore throat have always been my saving grace. Kick them in the butt before they start.
Okay for those wondering about the shrink wrap... I say .... save your money. didn't do a dam thing. I enjoyed it, laying there all wrapped up in saran wrap under blankets and heating pad...for 45 min dreaming about how much better I will look, sweating away.... anyways got home checked my measurments same as before. Like I didn't know before, hard work and diet is the answer. Though I haven't had any success as far as the lying good for nothing god dam scale.. I will keep with my workouts.. and I think I will be checking out weight watchers when I get back from Temptations... I'm going to have to rely on the old stand by... booze... everyone looks beautiful after a few....LOL See most of you soon ladies.. :icon_wink::ernaehrung005:
