Just a quick update....wedding in Key West for our son was absolutely beautiful and we had a blast! Unfortunately looks like I had about 5 pounds worth of fun So tomorrow it's back to the gym and crackdown time on the food again. For all of you heading out to TTR this month....have a great time, drink some for us, and make it back home safely!! Hoping we'll see you there this time next year!

I am gonna jump in on this thread... Ive read quite a few posts by all u woderful women and Im impressed!!! I too have been fighting the last 5-10 lbs. Been doing P90X religiously but only doing the abs and the cardio. Ive also cut out carbs and sugars (the bad ones) and have lost about 10lbs in about a month or so. I just recently went into see my dr to get regualr B12 shots... they give me tremendous energy that ive never had before, my skin is great, and it helps with stress/depression and I now have time and energy to chase around my 5 and 3 yr old It also helps slowly lose weight too. Getting another shot just before we leave for TTR I WANT TO COMMEND ALL U DETERMINED WOWMEN and say congrats to u all for ur hard work and confidence. Keep it up and the will only just get more BEAUTIFUL SEE u all in TTR....MAY 10-17
Morning everyone, well I was a bad bad girl this weekend, excuse family.. so no time for a work out. But I keep tellin myself I'm going for the shrink wrap tonight so that maybe my saving grace...LOL Anyways leaving Thurs.. I am what I am.. Can't wait to meet everyone in a couple days. Cheers

Easter was hard Deb for sure.. I am up as well but not worried.. did 45 minutes of cardio this morning .. but, I have to admit that my push for the last week seems to be dwindling, not sure why, but I just have not had the energy since this damn cold.. 30 minutes of cardio and I am done.. I am try to push past it so hopefully it gets better.. I still dont feel 100%, can it be from that cold?.. I'm not sure.. I hope thats all it is.. I think its been about 3 weeks? I will have to look back at my posts to see when I was sick.. anyone else feeling like this?
OH! Deb, I forgot to say make sure you report back to us on the wrap.. I have to admit I am sceptical but curious to know how it was/worked..
well after 45 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of yoga, I'm down 4.4 pounds! I'm on a roll for my Labor Day trip! Might get to the right weight quicker! :huepfen013:
