you look good in your pics. me on the other hand look like a bull frog most of the time!! thats why i dont have very many.
Okay I had a bad eating day yesterday. Didn't gain weight, thank god. So slapping my wrist and gaining back my control. Time to lose more. Come girls you've all been quiet. 10 days to kick it in gear.
I am down 1.5 lbs this morning and 14.6 lbs total .. I am hoping for a total of 20 before I leave, it will be close but not sure I will make it .. but .. its not the end for me as I will defiantly continue when I get back..i will be bumping up my workouts with my trainer to 3 times a week when I get back.. I am hoping that I don't gain to much at TTR.. but prepared to gain some because .. I AM ON VACATION.. LOL
Well glad to hear you ladies are doing well, and those of you that are jumping in on this thread welcome, this is a great bunch of people, though I'm not having alot of success in the losing part I have started working out (well been at it for a few months now) and enjoy it. Lots of people that have been there done that.. lots of good advice.

well it will be a bit hard cause I really don't want to go crazy.. or it will have been a waste of time. last year we were there for 2 weeks and i only gained 5 pounds.. but if you knew how much i drank you would know that was amazing.. haha.. :azzangel:
