    Good Advice Kathy, we all need to beat on ourselves a little less and say hey we look great for our age. Let's let the younger chickies stress about how they look and let's party it up girls cause we have already impressed our men to death. :mnm:We're sexy and we know it attitude goes a long way.

    sounds a little vain, but i like to give myself cuddos when i get ready to go out like, hey great hair, or damn those legs look good, just little things like that. also keping the peppy music on can really help my mood. trying to dress in smaller clothes too. kinda hard at work, dont want to spill anything on good clothes and ruin them. but if i run around in comfy clothes all the time, i have too much room to fill up. tight levis keep you remembering to eat less. but hey only 15 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets party!!!

    Didn't go to the gym yesterday and celebrated my friends birthday at the Japanese restaraunt.....the scale was not my friend this morning! NOT the direction the dial is supposed to be going with only 15 days to go!!!!

    aww, thats just temporary, Japanese food if FULL of sodium.. give it a couple day and drink lots of water and it will be gone.. ;)

    Don't you just hate it... do your work out feeling amazing figure what the hell jump on the scale and nothing...not a god dam thing...LOL
    ah well I'm to a point I don't care havin fun.

    I'm hoping that's it! Lol....back to the gym today. One hour of zumba and 45 minutes if strenghth training made me feel better at least!

    Sounds like a little punishment going on there for having jananese food.. haha!! wow thats a great workout.. ;)..lol

    I wonder if we "HAD" to go to the gym every time we ate something bad, would we stop eating it or be at the gym 24/7. lol

    <----- this young chickie HATES stressing about what she looks like. I was never "skinny" so the hell with it! 2 kids later & they left thier mark! (or should I say markS) been majorly slacking but I guess these final couple weeks will get back to it to at least feel better.

    HI, welcome to the thread.. we are all pretty much in the same boat I think.. I have 3 daughters.. We come here to chat and try our best and get some support, I think we encourage each other.. bitch a little here and there.. ok sometimes a lot.. lol but we all have the same goals and want to be healthy.. so join in!..;)
