I made it's Monday and I am still down. Now I just have to be good all week and make that last two pounds history. I might just make the 10 pounds min before I go. Yeah. I 'm ready to let it all go again, dieting sucks.
I don't really see the changes in the mirror but others say they see the difference and my clothes are so much roomier. Watching what I eat and non traditional workouts with muscle confusion. Time will tell. I took the chance and ordered a couple outfits over the weekend. Will see how they fit when it comes time to hit Patty O's. The smoking is getting less and less but not quite kicked the habit yet.
Well it sounds like everyone is doing really well, nothing worth reporting for me.. but that calorie counter is great letting me know how bad I am... couldn't believe Jeff and I went out for Breakfast on Sunday... over 1000 calories for breakfast.. bacon eggs and whole wheat toast... I'm only allowed 1200 for the day.. Well may not be losing anything but sure learning what I should and shouldn't eat. Well shouldn't if i want to lose.
Being single is the greatest way to keep the weight off! Men are very bad influences...going for big weekend breakfasts, ordering pizza late at night, bringing home beer from the liquor store, driving through McDonald's for snackies...bastards! :icon_mrgreen:
Oh I intend to.. and I'm sure Karen you won't have any problems finding someone to watch TV with you...LOL
