You should look at the glycemic index as it is a good guage of food to eat. Eat foods that are low glycemic n it will work
have you ever heard of "body for life" it is a great program consisting of diet exercise and lifestyle change. my wife is big into it and the two times I have done the program it has worked for me I believe the website is www.bfl.com. it is a 90 day program that really focuses on diet change. I highly reccommend it
So I weighed in this morning and I am 225.6 pounds. That is down almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. All I have really done is make a small diet change and drink a lot of water!
I am down to 123! only.. uhh.. 13 more lbs to go.. but they are going slower then ever.. I think im going to go more how my clothes fit me though.. because my abs are almost showing... but the scale isnt moving! I agree, halifax.. make sure your checking ingredient label.. anything with the word "hydrogenerated" do not eat!! That is transfat, and that def. doesn't help shed the lbs!
The scale lies!! The mirror never lies. And remember muscle weighs more than fat so go by how u look and not by how much you weigh. If your abs are starting to show, there's no way u have another 13 lbs to go!! Great job princess
Hi Princess, My son just bought Insanity. It looks like a great workout set by beachbody. I just started P90X. Couldn't do the first DVD mostly pull-ups and push-ups, but the second DVD got me sweating!!! Your going to get a free T-Shirt!!!! Are you going to post your before and after pictures?????? And to think all we had to do was diet and exercise....who knew?????? Great Job! Keep up the good work! Jo
great job.. I had a look at it .. I know that I would not be able to do it..and or i am not sure i would want to.haha!! I am not strong enough.. or have the stamina to get even a quarter way through it right now..but . thats what i am working towards.. maybe one day..
