And you should be!!! I was excited to finally just this morning be back at my pre-Cabo weight! Took four dang months!!! Holidays didn't help either though. Sometimes just the fact that I have to enter my food on myfitnesspal keeps me from eating it! Lol I have several friends on it with me and we can track eachothers progress so gives some incentive.
My journey so far.. 12 lbs down.. 6.5 inches off in total.. I would like to see body fat percentage but have to have that done at the gym.. I am feeling pretty good at the moment.. even though I cant lift my arms.. haha, you know you're in trouble when your personal trainer says as you are leaving.. " make sure you do lots of hot stretching on the weekend".. yikes.. haha!
I just signed on to that one too Deb. I also have daily burn ( another app) too. Very similar but I thought I would try this one and compare. Daily burn lets me track my weight too which is nic and see my progress that well has been definitely less than I want. I am so glad it is working for you.
I would really like to check out the weight watchers tracker, which I will and compare. Last night we went to the hockey game..went way over..and no work out so guess I'll be working out big time this weekend to make up for it. Though I'm not sure it tracks the exact calories and workouts it sure keeps me aware of what I did, a small container of french fries and we spilt some nacho's and of course a couple drinks put me over about 1000 calories.. now thats what i find interesting a month ago I wouldn't of given it another thought. Now I'm very much aware and know that I have to work out at least 3 hrs to make up for that and for what I will need today...LOL But the Oilers beat the Flames so that almost makes it worth while....LOL
Ok now I know where my problem lies... the weekends, no wonder I haven't been losing anything..LOL thanks to that tracker I see where I am going wrong...LOL Dam Dam Dam...LOL Hope everyone is doing better than I did..
