so I just want to share (bitch!!) a bit here for a second, I joined the gym in October then had surgery .. never did to much till after xmas .. a few classes here and there but since January I have been seriously working out 6 days a week.. I have been bugging Brewster to workout with me. his answers always were .. maybe tomorrow.. now neither one of us have serious weight to loose.. and I want to lose a few but more so I want to tone.. so.. Brewster started his exercising yesterday... and our trip is 7 weeks out.. It kills me to know that in the next 7 weeks .. he is gonna drop weight and tone up 3 times as much as me .. haha!! it sucks to be a girl sometimes.. lol MEN!.. haha!
Deb how you feel is important too and lovin the workouts is good too. I am still stuck down only 5 lbs but I am not gonna be so hard on myself. Dealing with the whole knee thing has been more than challenging for me. I cannot walk without pain. Even my friggin sex life is affected by the knee. I am giving myself an A if I just get any kind of work out in that doesn't kill the leg. I would give anything to be able to go for long walks right now. It's been such a great winter it would have been nice to take advantage of it.
Keep going.. I understand the pain, I broke my foot off a few years back and couldn't do nothing for along time, couple surgeries, not doing much huge weight gain and now at my age its harder to get all that weight off... with me its been one thing after another not that its and excuse but I'll use it anyways. I've decided that I'm not going to worry about losing, (thats a bit of bullshit.. had to fight with myself not to step on the scale this am.) I'm really enjoying the work outs and going to keep at it. Diet, I'm not going to go crazy. Anyways we're all going to Temptations we all know there is always someone bigger, smaller.. I can only do what I can and feel good about it.
Vince and Wendy were tellling me that Woody set up a facebook site for April addicts. Are you both on there? I haven't done the facebook thing cause it takes up too much time. I used to do My space and it was such a waste of time although I think it be fun to be able to chat with all of you. Anyways just wondering. Well I manage to get in a decent work out today. I was down a lb today and well hopefully it is not just water. :musik026: I am ready to party in Cancun. Damm it is taking forever to get here, can't wait to be sitting in the sun soaking up rays and dancing.
Girl, you are so right.. the dieting is so up and down and frustrating.. but nothing feels as good as getting in a good work out and at least you know you did it.. it will come off, like I said before its a marathon not a sprint.. I am off to the gym in the morning to workout by myself, no personal trainer and I am actually looking forward to it.. lol

A couple guys at work are doing the apple cider vinegar with water thing in the morning. Supposed to kick start your metabolism and speed it up, according to Dr. Oz.
ya heard about the cider thing a few years back. the undiluted stuff works best. or unfiltered. gross but hubby does take it every day as there are alot of benifits besides wieght loss.
