well went to wendover last weekend. had some beer and tequilia fri. by was i hung over sat. bad!!!! havent drank in over about month and a half sure felt it!! ate bad food, ect. so back on track today.
I had an awesome workout this morning .. feel great.. gonna step up my weight training to 3 times a week.. as far as my food over the weekend.. I was absolutley starving..no alcohol but I couldnt get enough to eat.. I tried very hard to keep it healthy but all I wanted was carbs.. anybody know why that happens.. I do well on my food and protions for a good couple weeks then all of a sudden I am starving and cant get enough food.. the worst part is .. I would try to eat protine to stay off the hunger..but just end up eating carbs cause that what I was craving.. it was weird..
I hate talking about exercise and weight loss, but reading the posts here make me want to be more motivated !! I've lost 12 lbs since the first week in Jan 2012 and Monique, since you saw me last April I have just over 20 lbs gone...slowly but surely I will be happy with my body...Can't wait for April to get here !!!
Oh crap I'm feeling bad... haven't lost an ounce... but lovin the work outs.. ah well it is what it is.. Good for all of you that are having great success.. Cheers
