Ahhhhhhhhhhh Deb I feel your pain. I am working out 7 days a week and dieting my ass off. I am down inches and only down 6 pounds after a month and a half of some serious ass dieting. I am not as good on the weekends as I should be but I haven't had alcohol or much in the way of sweets. I figure the weekend balances out as I only eat three times a day versus 6 on the weekdays. I started using a app on my Iphone called Daily burn. I track my weight and food there and it is helping me to keep on track. If you have a Iphone try it as it may help you too. If it is any consiltation I will where a thong with you. Lol the ass is not perfect but it's all mine.

I try to workout everyday and I don't always eat right but it is what it is. I may have hit a plateau but I can see a diff in my stomach muscles and hopefully that will keep me motivated. Just want to lose some belly fat!:icon_lol:
we leave that day so we'll be packing and eating and that's about it. we're there the 14-18 so we'll just miss ya

I cant believe I am working out every morning .. if some one had said that I would be working out at 6am in the morning I would have said.. ha.. i dont freaking think so .. ahha!! but I really like it .. its done for the day and I dont have to feel guilty about it when i get home after work.. or stress about being too tired to do it .. Love my am workouts too. It's hard when I work at 600 am and have to work out later in the day. I prefer to work out before work for the same reasons it is done and I don't have guilt later in the day. I used to get up at 2:30 am to work out before my 600 am shifts. Now that was just crazy screwed up. Lol
I had a great workout this morning .. mostly core stuff.. but Monday we are starting in the weight room....YEAH HOOO!!! gonna have a little bit of deffination goin on.. I hope!!..lol
K the workout sucked today. My knee is real sore today so only spin bike today for now. I have been training a new employee at work all week and well that means that I am not sitting much to enter requisitions, instead I am watching her enter them but standing all day. I am gonna see if I can get someone else to train her for today so I can sit a little. Friggin hurting.
K I think the panic is beginning to set in as my weight doesn't seem to want to budge. I had a couple I don't care days and well up 2 lbs this morning. It just doesn't seem right that 2 days of still eating relatively sensible except having a few dinners out could do so much damage. Well it's back on track for me and I am gonna push the leg to do what I can in the next 7 weeks. I want to feel good and not frumpy.
