K I never worked out all weekend. I shopped and shopped so I walked alot. I found some great pink and orange platform shoes. My knee is just gonna have to put up with them cause I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee them. I am just gonna have to practice wlaking in them until april. Lol. So it's back to work and the workout tommorow or later today. Right now the knee is killing me so, it may not happen.
damn that sucks m!! dont you just love it when you find that perfect pair of shoes!!! i really love the fact that they have alot of dif. colors going into them now. not just the white brown or black. i need alot of money to fund my shoe wish list!!! seeings how my carry on has nothing in it but shoes, for my TTR. trip!!
Had a great workout this morning.. no head pain.. although not a lot of heavy lifting this morning either.. mostly core.. which is great.. this was a "work on my posture day".. as we get older our back muscles tend to get long gated and relaxed and we become round shouldered.. this is caused by weak mucsles in the back.. ladies, its important to have an overall strong core and body before you start looking for defination.. which is what I wanted.. and still want but I also dont want to hurt myself and have to stop. its not how fast you get there. have a great day everyone!!
well I started reading this... got through 1st page to realize there were 51!! Can't read all that I need to exercise I find I don't have motivation until we book a trip. So I'm trying to lose as much as I can before we get there April 14. I can stand to lose more then a few lbs so I'm not setting a number, just trying to lose. I've always been a chunkier girl and didn't work out until I had kids, so I'm not looking for super skinny... just to look good! As long as I feel good about myself no one else cares!

hi!!! we all want to look good, but the more you excer. the better you feel!!! the better you feel the better you will look!! getting rid of all those yummy bad for you sugars, really makes you feel good. then all of the stuff thats good to eat sure taste better too. i still strongly believe that pizza is very high up on the food piramid!!!!:angel2:
I didn't work out much until after the kids and now my kids are 18 and 20 and I am still working out. Damm will the fat ever stay away. I did at one point about 10 years after having them lose 75 lbs. Now I stuggle with the 20 or so that I hate the most. I always have to lose 5 or 10 lbs before I go so I can go there and gain it all back again. Hence why after all these years I am still losing the same weight. Welcome, join in and well get moving girl.
Another work out in today. Damm I felt so lazy today I am surprised I did what I did. I am working another week of nights so I get to sleep in and that always throws me off.
I wasn't going to post anything on here until I had some happy F*&king news... Well shit its been 3 weeks of diet drinking more efin water than ever I'm almost drowing, exercising, can you F*&king believe I'm up 3 lbs.. I can't tell you all how discouraged I am.... I've worked it out with work that I don't have to come in until 9am so that will give me from 6am till 7am to work out.. I've been finding it hard to work out consistently after work, either the kid is sleeping or his girl friend is studying or they are just there. Anyways just thought I would vent... I know if you got nothing good to say don't say anything but shit I'm pissed and starting to panic.. stupid bet... thong thong thong... and we are really getting close... dam it 1 month 4 weeks and 1 day.. Argggg..:angrymad:
ok.. I know your frustrated..and you may have been dieting for 3 weeks.. but.. lol you have not been working out that long.. lol thong thong thong.. hahah!! it sucks Deb for sure.. I was doing really well.. went out on the weekend had a few drinks, not over board on the food either and was up 3 lbs.. so.. either get rid of the scale and continue working hard.. or only weight yourself once a week on a friday morning after being consistant all week .. first thing.. naked.. haha!!... You can fluctuate big time.. because of the salt you ate or the water you drank..so.. dont stress .. you are doing awesome.. the fact that you are working out will payoff in the end.. I HATE THE DAMN SCALE!!! so here is something funny but proves a point.. drank a bunch of water.. was up a pound.. had a pee was down a pound.. so dont listen to the scale.. haha!! it sucks and will sabotage you.. PS.. Ashley got engaged last night!!
