I had a great week, got my workout in every day so far. my personal trainer has quit the club so they are putting me with a new one as soon as they find one that can train me at 6am.. lol but I did it on my own this morning.. really hope they find someone soon.. or they will be giving me my money back.. i am sure that there will be a fight over it.. they have offered me group training .. but thats not what I paid for .. guess we will see.. oh and down 5 lbs as of this morning ..
Still sitting at the same weight but lost a few inches in prime spots. I feel smaller than last week so it's great.
with ya on the feeling smaller! lost 1 more lb. now to keep losing, and not finding it again!! ha ha. asparugus is cooking so well then ill be full!!!!!!!!!!!!! back to the gym tomarrow!! 1 more lb. maybe!!!!!!!!!!
wow... that's like 3.5 hours on a treadmill.. lol what did you do to burn that many calories, tell us your secret!!
35 minute spin bike for 22 km and lots of weights/ lunges/ abs/ etc. 3 sets each. Today felt good too even though I am home sick with a cold.I did curcuit training today and I had the sweat pouring off me. Check out your work outs on Dailyburn.com Kim. well diddnt make it to the gym last night. bad headache. feel alot better today so off to the gym to burn burn burn!!!!!!!!!!
