    I started dieting with an app on my Iphone. The app is called Daily burn and I can track nutrition, workouts, and weight. It will send me an email and tell me how to change my diet to get the best out of my nutrition. It also tells me exactly how many calories ot eat and if I go over. I have been doing it all week and well I am down 5 lbs in total now from when I started again after January. I like it so I thought I would share. It does leave the calories very low so even if I go over a little I am still losing weight. The calories I have are based on 130 lbs. I am not there yet but hell I am gonna get there. Tracking the nutrion is easy. Just put in search what you ate and it adds up the calories for you. You'll find yourself adjusting to make your goals.

    glad ya got that other doc.s opin. speaking of baby sitters, i hope they are up to snuff in april!! who will watch us? it might be scary on our own like that!!! ha ha ha theyll be fine. if not a few raspberries will be in jorder!!!

    Lol Kathy They betterr be up to snuff by then. Another p90x back and Legs workout today.

    ok.. back at it .. had a bad weekend of food and drinks.. lol Brewsters Birthday..

    but... did my personal trainer yesterday and my 50 minutes of cardio this morning.. hoping to get it done every day..

    Another 30 min cardio and and 30 minutes of resistance in today. The weight is still down and I am hoping the weekend brings more. Crossing my fingers.

    I am freaking starving today.. ha-ha!! that's cause I went from 5000 calories on Saturday to 1200 calories today.. haha!!

    also I am 7 days smoke free today ;)

    ok down 3lbs. from friday!! still got some to go but hey its a good start!! im also pushing the 130 goal. i will make it this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Starving here too Kim. I have been following the Daily burn app on my iphone and it allows me 1251-1501 calories for the 130 lb goal with 1342 being optimum. Totally alot less food than I have ever eaten. Last year I dropped 10 lbs eating 1600-1750 calories. I just hope it does't drop my metabolism with it. Anyways a got another workout in today.

    sounds like you guys are really doing great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep up the hard work. april guys!! hey partydoll are you guys going to be able to get there in april. sure hope so wuold love to meent you!! scale said maybe 1lbs. down!!
