    Jeff said somthing about my xmas present so I guess then. Oh I haven't forgotten about the thong !!! Just wondering if the person I made the deal with is still going to show up in April ??

    K I am so unmotivated this week. I only worked out three times this week and for me that sucks. I need to get back to 7 times a week. I have been hurting pretty bad this week...........flu season is back and the lab is busy. My knee is not holding up to well. I even tried to go christmas shopping and ended up going home from the pain. Damm I need a work out I can do until my MRI in January. Anyways I am glad everyone is still doing well. Just thought I would see what up or not. Lol I am not liking my weight at the moment at all.

    Don't get to discouraged Monique, do what you can, don't push it with the knee. Maybe just work on the upper body until you get your knee fixed.
    And honestly this has to be the worst time of year to have to deal with that... slippery etc. Take care girl

    Monique.. don't get down.. you can still loose weight on any 1200 calorie a day diet without exercising..

    eg: weight watchers, jenny, your own. they are hard to stick with for the first week and yes you feel damn hungry on it the first week but they do not require exercise to loose.. they encourage it, but you will loose, they say, 1 to 2 pounds a week without exercise. at least that way you will be loosing and not straining your knee. it works for me .. on a week with no exercise.. i loose usually if i am good 1.5 to 2 pounds a week, if i could get my ass in gear it would go up to 2 to 3 lbs a week.. so.. don't stress over your exercise right now... change your focus to your intake of food.. it works!!

    Hubby and I met with the trainer again this morning and he kicked our a$$es! Lol Hurts so good :)

    Lol Christmas shopping has been a b%$#ch. I can only handle maybe an hour of it at a time. Well I decided to move my workout back to the morning. That way I can work out first before work and maybe get a better work out because of it. Thanks Deb I am trying..........the knee is frustrating and obviously not gonna heal on it's own. I just hope when they get it all figured out that a surgery doesn't intrerupt April. It's time for a serous change though I was up 2 lbs today cause I didn't work out my usual 6 times. Damm!
