    Hey All!

Well, I have decided to torture both Tim and I until the big day and honeymoon! Ordered P90X! Let's see if we survive!

Any notice that Jim (Back13) is conspicuously absent from this thread...lol?

sssshhhh! You're going to wake him up!

I did an hour on the treadmill, reading a silly book at the gym. Did a full lower body weight routine. Have been doing the food diary for over a week. My diet's been great! No junk food-none-no pizza, doritos, pringles, candy, cookies...nothing.
All I can say is that I am really disappointed.

I've barely lost a pound as of today. Maybe my body is built to eat junk food.

remember we talk about that earlier. its not all about the scale.. i have not had much of a loss so far either this week .. but i bet if i keep going at this pace it will be better next week..and the less weight you have to loose the harder it is ..

What the heck is throwing bells?

Normally, if I don't eat junk for a couple days, I'd be down 4/5 lbs. I refuse to admit defeat however, and will keep to the diet for another week before I consider caving!
Good luck, travel is the hardest!
