I HIGHLY RECCOMEND P90X. MY BF BOUGHT ME THE DVD PACKAGE AND YES ITS TOUGH AT 1ST BUT YOU CAN GO AT UR OWN PACE AND TAKE BREAKS. I COULDNT WALK WELL FOR DAYS BUT THE BURN FEELS GREAT LOL. GIVE IT A SHOT AND DRINKS LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. IM ACTUALLY ON THE SALMON, GREEN VEGGIES DIET WITH ONLY WATER FOR NEXT 3 WEEKS TOSSING IN CHICKEN BREAST TO SUBSTITUE THE FISH AND CHANGING UP THE GREEN VEGGIE TO BROCCOLI OR ASPARAGUS. GOOD LUCK BABYDOLL YOU CAN DO IT XOX wORKS FOR ME....

Well the 1/2 lb I lost found its way back and brought a friggin friend, so up 1 lb.... Plus smoking like there is no tomorrow. congrats to those who lost...
Managed to get the weight off that I had gained last weekend, which is good, but would like to lose a few more for some "playing room" on our Cabo trip in just 27 DAYS!!!!!!!!

Don't really understand why there's a four pound difference in four days, but I'm claiming these two pounds down while I can!!!
Hey peeps! I'm going to join in on this thread. I've lost about 20 lbs over this summer...going up about 5 this past month since I got back to work. Boo!! I weighed myself yesterday (friday) and I'm going to try to keep up with ya! I've been eating healthy, but making excuses to go out and not do so. I've been exercising, but they just lowered my thyroid meds, and I feel like i've been run over cause of it. Last year I went to TTR right before my knee surgery. I'm doing pretty well on that, but In the past month I've injured my elbow (in Physical therapy and finally able to get back to yoga!) and this week I broke my foot!! Luckily, it's in a spot (near a toe) that I can't do anything about - but be nice to it. Lots of advil, and I feel like I can still do anything! Yeah! And because of this post I will make it to yoga today.
Hi Allison, that happens to me when I have had something salty...and didn't drink enough water... that actually drove me nuts.. i would weigh myself morning and night.. by the end of the day i would be up a couple pounds... to fix that problem.. i got rid of my scale.. haha!! also weighing myself every day helped me cheat.. if i was down in the morning .. somewhere in my head i would say..."oh.. i was down 2 pounds this morning .. a treat wont hurt me" but it does.. and usually no loss at the end of the week.. ;(
