well that works for me too. i have for brown eyed dogs!!!!

 

I don't have my Lucy(my golden retriever) anymore but, she had the sweetest eyes.

 

yep my yellow lab has those sweet eyes too. and she is a teddy bear!!!

 

I'm sure she does. Up a pound today but hell I craved all kinds of crap this weekend and I let myself have it too. Lol Lose more weight tommorow.:aktion069:

 

yep choclolate pudding, and ice cream yesterday!! bad me. oh well try again today!!

 

did my work weigh in this morning ..I was down which is totally amazing for after a weekend .. but the real one is thursday... hoping for at least 2 lbs by then..

 

Up a pound at my post-weekend weigh in, but it was worth every ounce! Chris/Allison flew in and surprised me for my birthday! It was great! But now to get back on it! Cabo awaits in 45 days!!!

Up .08 of a lb. Lol I ate like shit yesterday............and thought it would be way more.

 

ok, finally got to the bottom of this cold thing. turned into a sines infection. first one in 47 years!!! way to go me. oh well anti.s for a few days then it should be gone. never have to take anti.s back at work wishing one more day off to sleep. so now the fun begins. watching the diet!! katie wont be seen with a fatso this weekend!!! keep up the good work ladies, i hope to be back on board starting today.
